Greetings! And welcome to Northland Health. I’m truly grateful that you’ve found us, and even more excited that you’re here.
When I created Northland Health, it was with the intention of serving the people of this special community in a more personal and meaningful way. I believe healthcare should feel different than what many people have experienced — less rushed, more connected, and centered around relationships built on trust and accessibility.
I understand that Direct Primary Care may not be the right fit for everyone, and that’s okay. But I genuinely believe this model allows for the best kind of healthcare experience. By caring for a smaller patient population, I’m able to spend more time with each person, offer easier access and communication, and focus on building long-term relationships rather than simply moving from appointment to appointment.
Northland Health is being built from the ground up with the goal of creating a practice where patients feel known, heard, and cared for. This is the beginning of an exciting journey, and I’m incredibly grateful to have you along for it.

Meet Dr. Greer
Dr. Greer is a board-certified family medicine physician dedicated to caring for patients of all ages and building long-term, meaningful relationships with individuals and families. He founded Northland Health with a vision of creating a more personal, accessible, and patient-centered approach to primary care for the community he is proud to serve.
